Juan from the Pitcher

I chose the Juan del Jarro because it call my attention and he is very father because it is part of my nationalism and apart from the story of how a beggar  can become so big and famous with only his simbrero and his mat and let's not forget his pitcher and that he manage to be loved by all with his humility, teaches us that not only the material and the appearance are what matter. He was a humble person, his pitcher told him the future and helped people.

The witch died a long time ago, however before her death she took over the soul of two children so she only needs the soul of a child to be able to rise again in the day of the dead and in this way, destroy the city and all the inhabitants; Hence, all parents always warn their children that they should never approach the house in any way.

This legend is about a lady who had a lot of money and with that money gave home to the children. But the children never thanked them they were very ugly with Tia Tona until they annoyed her a lot and the senora beat them until they got to death. Then the senora regretted what she had done and locked herself in her room without eating for a long time and died. They say that on the bridge that had to his house below are the spirits of the children and in the house that of the aunt Tona.
